Returns, Replacements and Refunds
Products purchased directly from Chondrite Design/SmartTriggerLock.net may be returned under the following circumstance:
• Within 1 year of the date of original shipment for a manufacturing defect*
* The Smart Trigger Lock™ product warranty does not apply to Smart Trigger Lock that are purchased from an unauthorized seller, unless the warranty is explicitly transferred from the original purchaser.
Smart Trigger Lock™️ offers customers the option to return Smart Trigger Lock purchased from our company within 1 year of the original date of purchase if the product presents defects in workmanship. Customers who are eligible for returns will be refunded the original purchase price and any taxes paid, less shipping charges. To request a refund, you must first obtain an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number. To obtain an RMA number, you will need to contact Smart Trigger Lock™️ and provide the following information.
• Customer name
• Original order number
• Contact information; including billing/shipping address, telephone number and email address
• Product you are returning
• Photographs of damaged Smart Trigger Lock
• Reason for return
We generally issue RMA numbers the same day of the request but in some cases, it takes a few business days.
Instructions on Return
Before returning your product to Smart Trigger Lock™️, you must first obtain an RMA number by contacting the office you purchased products from. Items returned must be in original condition, unworn and in their original packaging with any related accessories, instructions booklets, labels, protective covers, or boxes. Please include a copy of your invoice inside the box.
Please clearly mark the RMA number on the outside of your package. We will not accept packages that are not properly marked with an RMA number.
You must pre-pay the shipping charges to return the product to Smart Trigger Lock™️. We recommend that you ship your package by courier (such as UPS or FedEx) that provides insurance coverage and package tracking. Smart Trigger Lock™️ assumes no liability for lost packages or products damaged during shipment.
Upon receipt of your item(s), and subject to inspection by our Quality Service Department, we will proceed with the return. Please allow a minimum of five (5) business days for us to receive and process your return.
